From the start, this repair shop is very professional. Information is first documented, then sent to you for review and discussion if there are questions. After your vehicle is diagnosed to verify the problem, a detailed explanation and cost breakdown is sent to you for approval. There is also suggestion for other repairs if needed but not pushed to get, just suggestions. If you have questions, response is very fast for help. This helps a lot. When you are ready, sign the online contract with breakdown of work provided and cost to fix the problem. This is great because you can continue the fix if you are at work. They did a fantastic repair on my truck engine, fast too. The shop is big and available to handle big jobs. They also do body repair and oil changes at competitive prices. Awesome business when you need auto repairs!!!

If I could give this shop zero Stars I would! AFTER talking to the owner by phone, I took my car in for an electric window repair; My window wouldn't roll up all the way. I was told by the service advisor that it would be done in an hour, which was good because I had a meeting 90 minutes later. The service advisor was kind and chatted, and there is a huge US Marine Corp emblem in the lobby, making me feel comfortable. (I come from a military family and like to support veterans.) At the end of the hour I was given a new higher estimate (nearly double) and was told that it would be more than an hour before the parts would arrive, if we were lucky. After that they would have to put the parts on. I told them I didn't have that much time, as I had told them originally. The owner was hateful and sarcastic. He told me he could put it back together but the window would not close and if I brought it back it would be an additional service charge of $170. When I argued, he told me he would put everything in the back of my car and I could take it somewhere else. He refused to negotiate, when I was willing to bring the car back for him to complete the job. It was at this point that I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked if he was a Marine. He stumbled... Said No. I asked why he had the emblem in his lobby and he said because he worked on Marines' cars. It didn't make sense. Then he stormed out of the lobby. More than a half an hour later, they pulled my car out of the garage with the door in pieces, all the wiring hanging and the door cover in the back of my car. No window and no way to lock my car. Then he handed me my keys and told me that, since it was 4:00, they wouldn't be able to work on it until the next day so I needed to take it somewhere else. (They close at 7.) When, in my shock, I told him that my car was in worse shape than when I brought it to him, he said, " You did this!" There were many hateful things that he said, blaming me, and telling me he should be somewhere else rather than dealing with me. Nothing he said added up. Even his invoices didn't add up! Everything he said was meant to confuse and gaslight. It wasn't until after I got home, and reviewed the emails that his service writer had sent me, that I discovered that the first email had the price for the parts, before he had ever looked at the car! She accidentally sent it to me, BEFORE she sent me, what I thought, was the original quote. This place is a racket! Be careful! He believes that he can get away with this kind of crime..... I now have to find another mechanic that will fix their mess.

Took my car here pet M&B Auto has a contract with them. My car overheated before the 30 days tags was off the jeep. They advised that it was a thermostat and it was ready a few days later. The car ran hot again 3 days later and the had no antifreeze in the reserve. Found out that it was airlocked. Took to another dealership due to they want me to pay for it to be towed close to 100 miles. Terrible experience!!!!
