I thought I had a good experience with Wiygul / Burke center parkway, but the more I drive my car, the more I doubt that is the case. In December I went to have some work done on my car - specifically to replace the lower control arms. In the process, they tried to sell me new brakes and rotors, which I declined. Since that visit, the rubber trim on the bottom front bumper of my car came off - it was never attached properly after the control arms, in addition the cap to my brake master cylinder is missing. Simple things like that are really making me question their ability to do the actual hard work well. I deontology be bring my car back to them, and hopefully I don’t find other parts of my car that were not reassembled properly.

Wiygul - I had an outstanding experience yesterday! My daughter’s rear car tire needed replaced after damage to the sidewall. It was a shame because 4 tires had newly been installed elsewhere. I wanted her rear tire replaced with an exact match that wasn’t readily available. The team immediately ordered it, and despite it being a holiday weekend, it arrived within 48 hours, which impressed me. When I dropped the car off at Wiygul, they even provided a complimentary ride home via Uber, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. What stood out most, though, was how kind and understanding everyone was. They genuinely recognized that, as a father, it’s my responsibility to make sure my daughter’s car is safe and in top shape—and they treated the situation with the same level of care and urgency. This was my second visit to Wiygul, and it absolutely reinforced my trust in them. Professional, efficient, and genuinely good people. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Well Done! Marc

Great experience!!!! They gave me and my wife an Uber Ride Home when our car broke down ... gave us discounts... worked with the warranty company ... did a great job... 3 year warranty on all work... had an Uber driver pick me up to get the car.. Shibaz did a GREAT JOB coordinating everything... I was treated with respect and the mechanics did a wonderful job... GREAT EXPERIENCE....Highly recommend Wiygul to Everyone.

Made an appointment to get my state safety inspection. The staff at Wiygul are professional & friendly just like all my prior encounters. The state inspection was done within the estimated time & received a call once it was finished. Plus I saved $8 with one of their coupons. My favorite auto shop in the area! They go above & beyond. First visit and excellent experience. I’ve been looking for a local shop to service my cars and have found it. Excellent communication and fair prices. I was looking for tires and they believed there was a better option than putting the same ones on. We talked it out and I went with their recommendation, which appears to be a superior tire. Serviced quickly and very pleased. Will return.
