Friendly, thorough, great price with coupon for oil change. They checked out everything and gave me a detailed report of other services recommended. They were not pushy to do the recommended services. I think some of their services are priced high, but for regular oil changes, I found their price to be fair (and they send coupons). On my first visit, they discovered my battery was extremely low. To be sure, I had it checked somewhere else and it was confirmed to be almost dead. I purchased my own battery and installed it. But if Wygul did not check it, I could have been stranded somewhere unexpectedly. I will continue to do business with Wygul in Warrenton, VA for my oil changes.

Wiygul got me in immediately for an engine cooling problem. They assessed my vehicle, got my estimate, and performed repairs the same day. I was able to pick up that afternoon. High quality of work for the original problem, and good recommendations for other non-urgent repairs and services.

Went to get a vehicle alignment on my truck as I was sent a digital coupon that seemed like a good deal. I was never told that the coupon would not be honored and I mentioned it, but no one ever asked to see it. My bill was considerably higher when I arrived and I asked if they could honor my coupon which was the whole reason I went there for the service, I was told no but they could take $30 off. I filled out a complaint online and was called quickly, only to be told I could have a free oil change which for my truck would be a 100 dollar value, which any place in town even the dealership wouldn’t charge that for an oil change. I asked for the money difference back and was told that was not possible. I will not be coming back here .

My first time but it won’t be my last. Very professional atmosphere and clean nice waiting area. I didn’t have to wait as long as I expected to and they pulled my car around the front ready to go. I booked an appointment for an oil change next week.

The folks I talked to were knowledgeable and kind. They explained everything thoroughly so I could make smart decisions. When I called them, a human answered and I really appreciate that. They smoothed the process, were considerate and empathetic. Oh… and they fixed my car!!
