I’ve been going to Yes Auto Services for about 5 years now and have no complaints. They are kind and honest people, which I feel is a hard combo to find at auto service shops in this area. I can text Daniel to make an appointment, and he usually has next day availability for my needs. Best of all, their prices are super cheap! Probably one of the most affordable in the area. Even with that, when I needed new tires, they told me that if i had a Costco membership, it would be cheaper to get it done with Costco. Again, very honest! It’s also by fair city mall, so I will walk over the half mile or so to get food at First Watch or Pho Duong, or hang out at Foundations Coffee, until the work is done. Yes Auto Services is nestled amongst other auto service garages. I believe they are able to work on 2 cars at a time—3 if the third doesn’t need to be elevated/jacked up for it’s servicing. They have a bathroom for public use, and it’s a small single occupancy bathroom. Just a tip for my fellow IBS sufferers.

Went for a car inspection today. Very pleased and happy with the way he handled and inspected the car. The cost of it is affordable and very satisfying. Even the findings of the inspection made me feel assured and believed that he has done his work diligently.

Took our van over to Yes Auto. Daniel took care of changing my brakes and pads one day sooner than expected and sent me updates with a text and pictures. In addition to charging what he told me he also found two nails in one of my tires that air was leaking, pulled and fixed it and didn't charge any extra cost. When you find that type of service you have to leave a positive review and I am very thankful to have found yes Auto. Thank you Daniel

I have ben taking my cars to YES for over 10 yrs. They are the BEST! VERY honest and upfront. They have never done unnecessary work or overcharged me. They are fast too! I love this shop! I will never take my car anywhere else.

We’ve been living in VA for a couple years and couldn’t find a good mechanic in our area. We have a Volvo with too many problems - feel like it was going to break down any minute. Then a friend from church recommended Yes Auto. That first day we took our car to Daniel, we were shocked... in that he correctly assessed the issue, fixed it, and remained true to the original cost estimate. Our car has been running smooth ever since. We finally found a great mechanic who is all that a mechanic should be: honest, dependable, fair, reasonable. If your looking for a good mechanic, I would highly recommend Yes Auto!
