I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Many years ago, I took my car in for a maintenance light issue and ended up agreeing to multiple services that cost me two trips to the auto shop and approx $2000. I was told at the time that I had overpaid but the owner is a family friend so I figured he wouldn’t take advantage of me and I trusted him. Fast forward to last month when I took my car in for a few routine maintenance services and was told I needed a couple of additional services due to the age of my car. I trusted and agreed to the services that cost me $700. After a couple of weeks, there was a burning smell in my vehicle so I took my car back in for a check and received a cost estimate for additional services estimated at almost $1400. I decided to get a second opinion and was told the $1400 worth of services was not necessary but a nice to have and once it needed to be done, it could be done for $700. I will no longer go to Yoon’s Auto and based on my experience, I caution everyone who goes there to learn from my mistakes and make sure to double check any “recommended” services from this place.

This is totally the worst place ever you can ask them for any type of service ! They don't tell you in front that there's no warranty and they tells you that when they are done They don't check their work and their are not polite They do not care just about the money and the worst customer service I told them to check if the car need the alternator before they change and they just ignored me ! They let me lose the item they changed which is didn't need beside their labor cost which is about 500$! While they if they just checked it ! They can know and say I don't need it and return to advanced auto parts which they seem had a certain arrangement! As they advise to go to them. Definitely will be reported for fairfax customer service complaints line. Not recommended at all !

We've had consistently good experiences at Yoon's. My wife is Korean so maybe that helps, but they've been consistently fair priced and the quality of service has been very good. They've often accommodated us with mechanical emergencies at very short notice - really helpful. We've been going to them for several years now. The owner is pretty taciturn, which I think people mistake for unfriendliness, but he's a good guy. Recommended.

Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. My wife called ahead and was quoted $50 per tire after clearly telling them the make of the SUV. We show up, and the guy at the counter was rude right off the bat. Then he goes to an older gentleman for pricing, and suddenly it jumps to $60 per tire. When I asked why the price changed, the younger guy basically shrugged and said “it is what it is.” That’s not just unprofessional — it’s shady. If you can’t stand by your word, don’t quote prices over the phone. I wouldn’t trust a business that treats customers this way. Dishonest pricing, rude attitude, and zero accountability. Spend your money somewhere that values integrity and respects their customers.
